AF (Autofocus) - Die meisten Digitalkameras besitzen eine Autofocusfunktion, die die Bildschärfe automatisch einstellt. Modelle der gehobenen Preisklasse, ermöglichen es, die Autofocus Funktion auszuschalten und manuell zu fokussieren. Die dadurch erzielbaren Effekte sind jedoch im Bereich der privaten "Schnappschußfotografie" weitesgehend uninteressant.
